APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES


  • 1-3 Guest per scheduled appointment.
    • Each appointment is limited to 1 - 3 guests.
    • If the customer arrives late, the lost time will be deducted from the scheduled duration.
  • Individual appointment for each customer.
    • Every customer shopping with us needs to have an individual appointment to ensure they receive:
      • -A dressing room.
      • -A dress specialist to assist
      • -Personalized experience
  • Comfort and Policies
    • No outside door, drinks, or pets are allowed during the appointment.
    • Water bottles are provided for guests as a complimentary refreshment if requested.
  • Dress Selections
    • Each appointment includes an initial selection of 6-8 dresses to try on.
    • If the perfect dress isn't found in the initial set, additional dresses can be selected as long as it firs within the scheduled appointment.
  • Alterations
    • Alterations are common for formal gowns to ensure a perfect fit.
    • Alterations are not included in the price of the dress.
    • A custom consolation with our seamstress is provided, including an itemized price estimate and discussion of necessary alterations.
      • -Please note, the cost of alterations is separate from the cost of the dress.

    At Just Girl Stuff, we are committed to providing a personalized shopping experience for each of our clients. To ensure that you receive the best possible service, we pair every client with a dedicated Dress Specialist during their appointment. To help us deliver this customized experience, we kindly ask that you schedule an appointment in advance. This allows us to reserve a private dressing room for you, as well as provide comfortable seating for your friends or family to accompany you.

    While we do accept walk-ins, we do not guarantee immediate access. It entirely depends on availability, whether a dressing room and Dress Specialist are available. We aim to offer the same exceptional service to walk-in customers, but booking an appointment is the best way to guarantee a seamless, personalized experience.

    For your convenience, we offer the services of an in-house seamstress, available by appointment exclusively for Just Girl Stuff customers. If our seamstress’s schedule doesn’t align with your availability, we’re happy to provide a list of trusted seamstresses we can refer you to, ensuring you find a time that works best for you. Simply let us know, and we’ll be glad to assist you in arranging an appointment.

    Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. There are no refunds/returns or exchanges.

    We recommend scheduling your appointment on weekdays (Monday through Thursday), as these days tend to be less busy than weekends. If your schedule permits, booking during the week allows for a more relaxed, stress-free experience and ensures you receive more personalized attention.

    Our dress prices generally fall within the following ranges:

    • Short Dresses: Typically around $250, with styles starting at $100 and ranging up to $500.
    • Long Dresses: Usually around $300, with options starting at $100 and ranging up to $1,000+.
    • Bridal: Typically around $1,200, with styles starting at $500 and going up to $3,000.
